What is the factory setting
Factory setting is 000
I have a problem setting or resetting ?
Unfortunately once a combination has been set on a lock the only way to access this or change the code is to know the last combination it was set to. There is no Master Reset for security reasons. Can I suggest you to keep trying all the different combinations you think it might be, including trying a digit either side of the code you think you may have set your lock to.
